Developer, , has just obtained a $53.5 million loan for a Class-A, industrial warehouse project, going up at 999 Cranbury South River Road in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Issued by Mesa West Capital, this influx of capital is being used to fund all associated construction costs.

Known as "Bridge Point 999", the building is set to total square feet and will be capable of handling large distribution operations. The structure will feature 40-foot interior clearance heights, 47 loading dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, auxiliary office spaces, and an ESFR wet sprinkler system. The 26.57 acre property will also boast 49 trailer parking spaces and an employee parking lot, with enough room for vehicles.

The development's physical location is ideal as it sits approximately halfway between New York City and Philadelphia, with direct access to NJ Turnpike Exit 8A and Interstate 287, as well as Routes 1, 9, and 440. Construction is already well underway, and the project is expected to wrap up this spring.
