Developer Acquires 16 Acres of Land to Expand Imeson Commerce Center in North Jacksonville, Fl
As of yesterday, developers have officially closed on 16 acres of additional land at Imeson Landing Business Park in North Jacksonville with plans to build three more industrial buildings. The buildings will total at 114,500 square feet of new construction.
The developer acquired the land for $1.2 million a day before closing.
Construction plans to be start by 2024 with leasing already underway.
With the addition of the new three buildings, Imeson Commerce Center will now total at 380,700 square feet of industrial space within eight buildings.
Leasing for the first 3 buildings has already begun and is 75% leased.
