Developer Acquires 4.3-Acre Site for Mixed-Use Development in Boynton Beach
Fort Lauderdale-based developer Affiliated Development has acquired 4.3 acres in Boynton Beach, Florida with plans for a mixed-use development. The plans call for 38 townhomes, an eight-story apartment building with 336 units, along with retail space. Half of the apartments will be designated as workforce housing. The development will be located on a site fronting S. Federal Highway.
