Developer Acquires Land for Target Fulfillment Center for $59 Million
Developer NorthPoint Development has acquired four parcels of land, totaling 170 acres for $59 million according to Pasco County Records. The developer previously acquired 51-acre adjacent parcel for $5.4 million in September 2022. The five parcels of land in San Antonio will be the site of a new Target e-commerce fulfillment center. The land, at the northeast corner of the I-75 and State Road 52 intersection in Pasco County, was acquired by a developer in October 2022. The plans call for a 1.4 million square feet warehouse on 121 acres of land.
