Developer Files Plans To Transform Historic Miami Beach Apartment Building Into a Hotel
A privately held, real estate investment and development company out of Oklahoma is seeking approval to redevelop the historic apartment building at 337 20th St in Miami Beach, Fl. The structure was originally built in 1926 and is currently home to 56 apartment units.
The developer is seeking to convert the structure into a 76-room hotel with a rooftop deck offering amenities such as a pool and garden. The proposed plans will keep most of the three-story building’s exterior and interior.
Plans were filed with Miami Beach's Historic Preservation Board and will review on March 14.
