Developer Lands $16M Loan for Bayside Mixed-Use Project
Developer, , has just obtained a $16 million loan for a 5-story, mixed-use project, set to rise at 215-16 Northern Boulevard in Bayside, Queens. Issued by Ponce Bank, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for a roof deck, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Construction is expected to complete in 2025. The project site spans square feet and sits at the corner of Northern Boulevard and 215th Place. The lot is alternately addressed as 215-20 Northern Boulevard.
