Developer Lands $29.5M for Greenpoint Residential Project
Developer and general contractor, , has just secured a $29.5 million loan for a 6-story residential building, rising at 30 India Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Issued by CoreVest, this capital will be used to fund all construction costs from start to finish.
Designed by , the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This will come in the form of a healthcare facility. Plans also call for 1,015 square feet of community facility space, as well as an open parking area and an enclosed garage. These will provide room for vehicles and up to 30 bicycles. Altogether, 30 India Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site sits at the corner of India Street and West Street, and spans square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by the summer of 2025.
