Developer Lands $80M Loan for Asbury Park Multifamily Project

Developer, , has just secured an $80 million loan for a 6-story, residential project, set to rise at 1150 Kingsley Street in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Issued by Unity Capital, this sum will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.

Designed by , with interiors by Fogarty Finger, the development will be known as "SURFHOUSE Asbury Park". It will primarily feature multifamily apartments, offered in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations. These will be located in the main building, with 206 units in total.

Behind the main building, the development will also offer 20 rental townhomes, each boasting a roof deck and a two-car garage. These units will be available in three and four-bedroom configurations.

In addition to residential units, SURFHOUSE Asbury Park will feature square feet of ground floor retail space, an enclosed parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations, and a number of tenant amenities. Amenities are to include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop fire pit with ocean views, a large deck with a swimming pool, a resident lounge, and an area for bicycle and surfboard storage. Construction is expected to finish by the summer of 2025.
