Developer Planning 203 Units in Wynwood
Scott Robins Companies, through LRF Wynwood LLC, has submitted plans for a 5-story mixed-use project at 35 Northwest 27th Street in Wynwood. The project will be reviewed by Wynwood's Design Review Committee on June 13th.
35 Northwest 27th Street is planned to rise 5-stories and include 203 residential units, 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and 48 parking spaces.
