Developer Plans 10-Story Pompano Beach Condo
Entourage Florida Development LLC has filed plans to Pompano Beach's Development Review Committee for a waterfront condo project dubbed "Entourage in the Sun". The developer purchased the .93-acre site for $9.3M in April 2022.
Entourage in the Sun is a condominium project planned to rise 10 stories and include 42 condos, 62 parking spaces, and a pool deck facing the Intracoastal Waterway. Condos would range from 1,785 to 3,690 square feet in two- and three-bedroom layouts.
