Developer Plans 192-Unit 55+ Community at eTown in Jacksonville

Atlanta-based developer RangeWater Real Estate has filed plans for a garden-style development encompassing 5.73-acres in Jacksonville. The community, named Olea eTown, will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with communal amenities including a fitness studio, dog park, spa, open green space, and craft room.

Olea eTown will include 192 residential units for residents over 55 years old. The community will include garden-style residences rising 4 stories.
