A small project review application has been submitted for a 24-unit project in Dorchester. 1121 Dorchester Ave, LLC proposes to develop two multifamily units totaling 36,955 SF of space. The development will feature a new 4-story building fronting Dorchester Ave containing 21 residential units and 19 off-street parking spaces and a separate 3-story building fronting Savin Hill Ave containing 3 additional units.
