Developer Pulls Out of Deal for New $100 Million Mixed-Use Waterfront Project

Ram Realty Services, the developer of Corey Landing, has withdrawn its application for the waterfront development in St. Pete Beach. The project had received final approval in March 2022, construction had not started. The property owner is looking for another developer to step in and continue the project. Corey Landing was to include 243 Class-A residential units, a 5,000-square-foot restaurant space, a public park and 12,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. The plans for the project entailed building a seven-story, 243-unit residential building with 2,000 square feet of retail, office and commercial shops, along with a 5,000-square-foot restaurant at the east end of Corey Avenue. The second area included the 243 residential units and the 12,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, which encompasses 8,264 square feet of retail and 3,959 square feet of co-working/commercial space.
