Developer Receives $32M Construction Loan To Start Riverwalk District Project
3650 REIT provided developers with a $32 million loan for the two-phase Riverwalk District project located on a 6acre lot at the largest undeveloped site on the Downtown Fort Lauderdale waterfront. The first phase scheduled to break ground in 2023 will include two eco-friendly, mixed-use multifamily apartment towers of 28 stories and 29 stories called Riverwalk Raintree Residences. The residential building will provide 677 units and 21,000 square feet of commercial space. The second phase with more details being announced next year will include a branded condominium tower, a branded full-service hotel, a branded yacht valet and yacht club, membership clubs, and significant food and beverage operations.
