Developer Secures $100M Construction Loan for 358-Apartment Project in North Miami
Churchill Real Estate has provided Omega Real Estate Management Group with a $100 million construction loan to begin construction on The Gardens Residences in North Miami. Groundbreaking is scheduled for July 11,2022.
The Gardens Residences is a proposal of a 4-acre residential multi-family apartment complex to consist of 358 units. The project is also to include a percentage of affordable housing options for the community through City of North Miami’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Department.
