Developer Secures $220 Million Construction Loan for FAT Village in Fort Lauderdale

 

 

Developer Hines has secured a $220 million construction loan from Bank OZK for FAT Village, a 5.6-acre, 835,000-square-foot, office, retail and residential mixed-use urban destination in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood. The 24-story, 835,000 square foot complex will feature residential units, office space, along with restaurant and retail space. The construction financing will go towards Phase 1, which will consist of 601 multifamily units, 180,000 square feet of office space, and 70,000 square feet of retail space.
