Development firm, , has just landed a $28.9 million loan for a 9-story, residential project, set to rise at 1824 Anthony Avenue in the Mt. Hope neighborhood of the Bronx. Issued by Metropolitan Commercial Bank, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.
