Developer Secures Approval for Additional 620 Apartments at PGA Station
Developer Catalfumo Companies has gained approval for 620 more apartment units in PGA Station. Combined with the 396 units that were previously approved, the development will include 1,016 apartment units. The project also includes 200,000 SF 8-Story Office and Medical building with Parking Garage and a 20,400 SF 2-Story Office and Medical building. The Marc, an eight-story building will contain 396 units. Gardens Station will offer another 620 rental units contained in two 13-story buildings. Gardens Station will replace an existing office building on the site. Approximately 100 of the units in Gardens Station will be designated for workforce housing.
