Developer Secures Construction Financing for Affordable Housing Project in Cape Coral
Developer Revital Development has closed on financing for the construction of Civitas of Cape Coral, an affordable and workforce housing community. Civitas will offer 96 one, two and three-bedroom apartment units designated for families earning up to 30%, 60% and 80% of the area median income. Civitas is conveniently located near shopping, employment, educational and medical facilities. Construction is expected to begin in early February with completion in Spring 2024.
