Developer Seeking Zoning Changes for Woodside Mixed-Use
Developer, Woodside 63 Management LLC, has applied for a zoning map change, and text amendment for 62-04 Roosevelt Avenue in Woodside, Queens. These actions will facilitate the development of a new 13-story mixed-use building. The 211,541 sqft building will contain 213 residential units, with 64 units reserved for affordable housing. The zoning text amendment will serve to designate the project site as a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Area. The development will also include commercial space, a community facility, and room for 156 parking spaces.
