Developers Close on $141.5 Million in Financing for NoMad Residences Wynwood
Developers Related Group and Tricap have secured $141.5 million in financing for NoMad Residences Wynwood, an upcoming 9-story mixed-use building located in the heart of the Wynwood Art District. Kennedy Wilson provided a $90 million senior construction loan and Related Rund Management, the investment management division of Related Companies, provided a $51.5 million mezzanine loan. The development, located in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, will offer 329 fully finished and furnished turnkey residences in a mix of studio to two-bedroom floor plans, 26,000+ square feet of retail space, and 206 parking units. Construction began in October 2023 and completion of the 124-foot-tall structure is expected in 2025.
