Developers Complete Utility Agreement for West Eleventh Residences
Developer Property Markets Group has secured the utility agreement for West Eleventh Residences, a proposed Park West tower being developed in collaboration with Airbnb. The agreements outline the sewer and water connections as preparations are made for construction. The structure will rise 44 stories and will feature 659 fully finished and furnished condos allowing short-term rentals, delivered turn-key and ready for occupancy. The ground floor will offer a 30,000-square-foot tri-level “experiential” entertainment and food hall. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, private lounge areas, fitness and wellness centers, and an on-site restaurant.
