Developers File Administrative Site Plan Review For 20-Story Aventura Pointe Ojus, Fl
Developers recently filed an Administrative Site Plan Review application for a 20-story mixed-use development called, Aventura Pointe. The site is located at 2660 NE 189th St in Ojus,Fl and is currently home to two existing warehouses that will be demolished for the new development.
Plans for Aventura Pointe include 327 residential units with 9,125 square feet of retail space. The residential units will be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 640 to 1,250 square feet. Building amenities will offer a a large pool deck on the fifth floor and a roof terrace on the ninth floor there will also be a pickleball court and a dog park.
