Developers Move Forward With Approval For 400 Unit Apartment Tower
Last year developers purchased a 2-acre lot located at 2261 Northeast 164th Street in North Miami Beach, Fl for $11 million with plans for a 32-story residential tower. On April 27, 2023, The North Miami Beach City Commission gave the project the green light to move forward winning 5-0. Ten variances were also approved for the project, allowing for a decorative covering on the parking garage's front and reducing some of the setbacks for the proposed structure.
Plans for the structure include 400 residential units, 1,825 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and a parking garage with over 580 parking spaces.
