Developers Plan Apartment Building At The Site Of Historic Church In Downtown Stamford
Copperline Partners have plans for the historic church at 1 Walton Place in Downtown Stamford. The plans call for a 224-unit apartment community with one to three bedrooms. The original 100-year-old church was not only historic but deeply entrenched in the community, so the plans include using the church space for amenities and maintaining the exterior.
The development is still in the planning stage.
