Developers Plan "First Andrews Logistic Center" in Pompano Beach, Fl
Plans were recently filed for an industrial logistics center at 1801 North Andrews Avenue in Pompano Beach, Fl. The project is being called First Andrews Logistics Center and includes the redevelopment of an existing industrial building that the owner acquired June 2022 for $25 million. The site plan shows a layout for a 123,972 SF rear loaded industrial building on almost 8.4 acres of land.
