Developers Propose Second Phase for Lanai Landings in Princeton, Fl
Developers are planning to build 420,000 square feet of new construction at 14550 Mable St., Princeton, Florida as part of an expansion to the residential community Lanai Landings. The second phase will add an additional 274 apartments in two nine-story buildings on a 1.76-acre build site. Amenities will include a fitness center, dog park and 2700 square feet of retail space.
