Developers Propose Two Residential Projects In Wellington, FL
Developers have released plans to build two residential projects in the city of Wellington, FL. The first development will be located at the northwest corner of South Shore Boulevard and Lake Worth Road and will be called, The Estates at Equestrian Village. The Estates at Equestrian Village will feature 197 single-family homes and a showground site on 270 acres of land.
The second community will be called The Lagoon at Equestrian Village and will be located at the northeast corner of Pierson Road and South Shore Boulevard. The Lagoon at Equestrian Village will be built on 101-acres and will feature 300 multifamily homes centered around a manmade lagoon with a a 10-hole golf course and tennis course.
Both projects combined could cost around $113.2 million to complete.
