Developers Request Extension for Worcester Multifamily Approvals
The development team behind Alexan Worcester has filed an application for an extension of the variance approvals for the project. Plans call for a 2 building project to include 220 units. The original approval was granted in October 2022 and is set to expire in November of this year. Per the filing, the developer hopes to begin construction later this year but expects additional time may be needed. If the extension is approved the variances would be extended to May 15th, 2024.
