Developers Score $60M Construction Loan For Their First Multifamily Development in Hollywood, Fl
An Italian duo specializing in the development and construction of luxury residential real estate throughout South Florida has just obtained a $60 million construction loan for an 8-story multifamily project in Hollywood, Fl.
Revv Hollywood, will be located at 2233 Hollywood Boulevard on 70,000 square feet of land and will feature 180 residential units. The units will offer studio, live-work units, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartment options.
The project is currently undergoing demolition with permits filed in February 2023.
