Developers Secure $72.3M in Financing for Affordable Housing Development in Miami-Dade County
Developers have recently broken ground on an affordable housing project in Miami-Dade's Princeton neighborhood at 25155 Southwest 136th Avenue called Pinnacle at Tropical Pointe. Financing of the development has also been completed to the amount of $72.3 million using local bonds, tax credit equity, and municipal subsidies. The development will feature six garden-style buildings, offering 215 one- to four-bedroom apartments. The residential community will cater to residents earning up to 60% of the area’s median income.
Construction is scheduled for completion in late 2024.
