Developers Unveil New Exterior Renderings For 749-Foot Tall Bentley Residences In Sunny Isles Beach, Fl
Developers have released new exterior renderings for the upcoming 63-story residential structure, Bentley Residences. The renderings give a detailed look at the similarity the building will have with the elegance of a Bentley vehicle. The front of the property will feature a life-sized sculpture of a Bentley vehicle moving through water.
Bentley Residences is expected to become the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach once built and will feature 216 exquisitely finished residential units, each unit will encompass an individual balcony swimming pool, unobstructed seascapes, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows seamlessly implemented throughout.
The building will also offer the unique amenity of a car elevator that will take residents to their front door step all while sitting in their car.
Construction is slated to begin in the Spring of 2023 and finish by 2026.
