Development Plans for 6-8 Chester Avenue Now Call For Apartment Building
The site at 6-8 Chester Avenue in White Plains, which was formerly approved for a medical office, will now be developed into a 74-unit apartment building with nine affordable units and 44 parking spaces. The new plans have been approved by the city, and the start of construction is still to be determined.
