Development Team Breaks Ground on Prince George's County Senior Living Project
Hamel Builders, HIP, and Parallax Development Group recently celebrated the groundbreaking for The Residences at Springbrook in Clinton, Maryland. The upcoming 4-story building will offer 90 units of affordable housing for seniors, ages sixty-two and over. The building will also offer a fitness center, cafe, and resident lounge.
