Development Team Selected for 6-Acre Riverdale Site
The Redevelopment Authority of Prince George’s County has selected Advantage Properties Inc. & Cove Property Management to redevelop the approximately 6-acre site directly across from the Beacon Heights Purple Line Station. The site was formerly headquarters of the Maryland National Capital Park Police and plans now call for a 350 unit mixed-use project with 250 of the residences designated affordable.
