Dorchester Development Secures $34.21 Million in Financing
The Indigo Block development in Dorchester has secured $34.21 million in construction financing via Eastern Bank and Mass Housing.
Indigo Block is an upcoming 125,400 square foot development project consisting of residential apartments, homeownership condominiums, and light industrial commercial space. Parking for 86 vehicles will be constructed on-site.
80 residential apartments will be constructed in an 86,000 square foot building. 44 apartments will be designated affordable.
