Downtown DC Office Renovations Approved
Plans for renovations to the 540,000-square-foot office building located at 901 New York Ave. NW have been approved. The 11-story property was originally developed in 2005. Boston Properties will now revise the building entrances along New York Avenue and K Street, NW, including refinements to building signage, redesign a small portion of the ground-floor façade adjacent to the New York Avenue entrance, and incorporate two “sky garden” terraces, one on the 10th floor facing New York Avenue and one on the 11th floor facing K Street.
