DRA Advisors Acquires DC Retail Center for $32M
DRA Advisors have acquired the East River Park retail center from Cedar Realty Trust for $31,987,215.72. The 150,000-square-foot plaza is anchored by Safeway. Redevelopment plans for the site could include a mixed-use project to feature 280 units, 120,000 square feet of retail space, and 33,000 square feet of office space. The DC shopping center is one of several DRA acquired from Cedar as the REIT sells off its entire portfolio.
