Early Stage Construction Continues for Parcel 12 Air Rights Project
Early-stage construction continues above and adjacent to the Mass Pike for the Parcel 12 Air rights project. The Feldman Surveyors’ team is working on-site laying out slurry guide walls for Treviicos. The upcoming development is set to feature over 650,000 square feet of new construction to include office and hotel space above a retail/restaurant podium. As part of the project, the Hynes Convention Center MBTA stop will be reopened and a new ½ acre park will be created.
