East Village Self Storage Facility Trades for $61M
A 7-story, self-storage warehouse, located at 444 East 10th Street in Manhattan's East Village has just been sold for $61 million. The structure was purchased by Storage Post from the previous owner, Keepers Self Storage, in an arms-length transaction.
Originally constructed in 1928, the building stands 99 feet tall and totals 92,470 square feet. It comes with four interior loading docks on the ground floor. Keepers is parting with the property after roughly 40 years of ownership, having purchased it back in 1982.
