EB-5 Investment Opportunity Launched for 15-Story North Miami Beach Tower

Fortune International Group seeks to diversify its investment pool into Nexo Residences as it establishes an EB-5 investment program. Under EB-5, investors will have an expedited path to receiving a green card if they invest in Nexo Residences. A minimum $800,000 investment must be made. This incentivizes investment from wealthy foreigners seeking residency in the United States.

Regarding the policy, Edgardo Defortuna, Presidence and CEO of Fortune International Group had this to say:

Nexo Residences is a 15-story, 254-condo tower in North Miami Beach. The tower has unrestricted short-term rental capability.
