Edison on the Charles to Welcome First Residents in January
Pre-leasing is underway with the first residents expected to move in on January 1st for Edison on the Charles in Waltham. The 264 unit building will offer a variety of amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, conference room, clubroom, outdoor pool, and three outdoor courtyards. Apartments will feature chef-inspired kitchens with stainless steel appliances, movable islands & quartz countertops, spacious walk-in closets, spa-inspired bathrooms with large soaking tubs and balconies.
