Eight-Floor Lease Signed for Long-Awaited Back Bay Office Development
A notice of lease has been announced for 350 Boylston Street in Boston's Back Bay. Bain & Company will lease floors 2 through 9 of 350 Boylston Street. Originally approved in 2009, plans call for a 9-story office and retail building at the corner of Arlington and Boylston streets in Back Bay. Plans call for SF of floorspace.
