Electrical Permit Issued for Tenant Fit-out at Readville Yard 5
An electrical permit has been pulled for a tenant fit-out at Readville Yard 5, along Industrial Drive just past the Readville Commuter Rail Station. The 21-acre project will feature 5 buildings in total to contain almost 250,000 square feet of light industrial, manufacturing and office space. Approximately 230 vehicle parking spaces and 71 bicycle storage spaces will also be provided on-site.
