Excavation Continues at 335 Bond Street
Subcontractor, Drex Corp, is continuing to excavate the foundation of a 9-story, mixed-use building, soon to rise at 335 Bond Street in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood.
Developed by , the building is set to contain residential units. Plans also call for square feet of retail space and 4,644 square feet of manufacturing space. Designed by , the foot tall structure will total square feet altogether.
The square foot site sits on the corner of Bond Street and Carroll Street. is serving as the general contractor of the project and construction is anticipated to finish by the summer of 2025.
