Excavation Underway for Gravesend AIRS Project
Excavation has commenced at 2224 Cropsey Avenue; the future site of an 11-story residential building, set to rise in Brooklyn's Gravesend neighborhood.
Developed and constructed by , it will exclusively contain senior housing, offering a total of Affordable Independent Residences for Seniors (AIRS) units. Plans also call for a cellar level, a fitness center, and likely a resident lounge.
Designed by , 2224 Cropsey Avenue will stand feet tall, and total square feet. Construction is expected to complete sometime in late 2024.
