Exterior Work Wraps Up on 32 Cummins Residences in Roslindale
Exterior construction has finished on the under-construction 32 Cummins Residences in Roslindale. Plans call for 14 two-bedroom units ranging from approximately 800 to 1,000 square feet in size. 14 parking spaces will be located on-site, including 7 spaces in an at-grade garage and 7 surface spaces at the building's rear. Two electric car charging stations will be located in the at-grade garage.
