FAA Approves 3-Tower Megaproject in Brickell Rising 80-Stories
The Federal Aviation Administration has approved the three-tower project planned for 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell. The approval allows for the tallest of the three, Cipriani Residences, to rise 950 feet above sea level.
1420 South Miami Avenue is planned to include two apartment towers rising 50- and 60- stories, as well as a Cipriani branded 80-story condominium tower. The three-tower complex will total 880 apartments and 420 condos.
