Facade Installation Begins at 1 Park Row
General contractor, , has begun to install the windows at 1 Park Row; a topped-out, 23-story, mixed-use tower, going up in Manhattan's Financial District.
Developed by , the building is set to contain condo units, offered in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a package room, a roof terrace, and a children’s playroom. Plans also call for nearly 19,000 square feet of retail and office space, spanning the bottom three floors of the structure, as well as part of the cellar level.
Designed by , 1 Park Row stands feet tall and totals square feet. Back in June of 2021, obtained a $90 million construction loan from Parkview Financial. The project is ultimately expected to complete before the end of the year.
