Facade Work Completes at 1010 Pacific Street
General contractor, Twin Group Associates, has finished installing facade materials at 1010 Pacific Street, a 9-story residential building being constructed in Brooklyn's Prospect Heights neighborhood.
Developed by Solomon Schwimer and NY Building Associates, it will contain rental apartments, as well as an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for 48 vehicles. A small amount of outdoor parking will bring the total number of spots to 62.
Details are slim in regards to the tenant amenities, although we do know there will be a roof deck and multiple lounge areas inside the building.
Designed by StudiosC Architecture, with J Frankl Architects serving as the architect of record, 1010 Pacific Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to finish in the coming months, with an official opening in the Spring of 2023.
